Metown Selected for Home & Shopping Open Innovation

Fashion-tech company Metown has been selected as one of the final startups in the '2024 Home & Shopping × Seoul Startup Hub Open Innovation' program.

Metown distinguished itself through its innovative technology and exceptional capabilities in the field of 3D image modeling, successfully passing rigorous assessments including document screening, on-site inspections, and face-to-face evaluations.

As a selected startup, Metown will collaborate with Home & Shopping on a Proof of Concept (PoC) project scheduled for the second half of this year. Through this collaboration, Metown's advanced 3D technology will be integrated into Home & Shopping's commerce platform, significantly enhancing the consumer shopping experience. Furthermore, with support from Seoul Startup Hub, Metown will receive financial backing, access to collaborative spaces, and opportunities to participate in demo days to attract investors.

This selection marks a significant opportunity for Metown to accelerate its market entry by effectively applying its cutting-edge 3D modeling technology to the commerce industry.
