MeTown Selected for LIPS II SeedLIPS, Plans to Expand EVOVA Use for Small Businesses

MeTown, the company behind the AI-powered 3D content creation platform EVOVA, has been selected for SeedLIPS under LIPS II, an investment-linked support program for innovative small businesses. Through the program, MeTown plans to improve EVOVA’s ease of use and commerce features so that small business owners can use product photos to create 3D content, images, and videos for sales and marketing.
LIPS II supports the growth of promising small businesses by connecting private investment with government support for commercialization. Working with program operator CNTTECH, MeTown plans to extend its 3D content creation service, previously supplied primarily to corporate clients, to small businesses without dedicated photography or design staff.
MeTown plans to improve its photography guidance and upload and review interfaces so that sellers can upload smartphone product photos, reconstruct products in 3D, and compare the results with the original photos to check their shape, colors, and patterns. The focus is on simplifying the process so that sellers can create and use product content without learning specialized production tools.
The company also plans to improve features that provide 3D products through viewers with rotation and zoom controls for online stores, while enabling sellers to create product detail page images and videos for social media and advertising from the same source material. By integrating AI editing features that adjust backgrounds, lighting, and composition, MeTown aims to help sellers create content for new product launches and seasonal promotions without repeated photo shoots.
MeTown plans to identify businesses for pilot testing through CNTTECH’s networks in consumer goods, food and beverage, fashion, and other sectors. The company will assess whether participating businesses publish and use the content, alongside production costs, preparation time, user satisfaction, and repeat usage. These findings will inform product improvements and efforts to expand its small-business customer base.
