MeTown Unveils AI and 3D Forensics Platform “EVOVA Forensics” at KPEX, Attracting Interest from Police Representatives Worldwide

MeTown, an AI-powered 3D spatial technology company, unveiled its digital forensics platform, EVOVA Forensics, at the 2026 Korea Police World Expo (KPEX). Police representatives from Korea, as well as public-safety, defense, and research-sector representatives from Thailand, Brazil, Croatia, the UAE, and other countries, visited the booth to explore its potential applications.

EVOVA Forensics reconstructs crime scenes into 3D digital environments using mobile photographs and on-site investigation data. Within the reconstructed environment, investigators can interact with AI through natural language to analyze evidence and spatial information. By asking questions in natural language, investigators can review supporting photographs and measurement data, as well as examine changes within a scene and the spatial relationships between pieces of evidence more intuitively.

In particular, EVOVA Forensics is designed to perform AI analysis and 3D reconstruction in on-device and on-premise environments without relying on external cloud transmission. This approach supports the secure handling of investigative data while connecting field documentation, analysis, cross-scene comparison, and reporting in a unified workflow—without requiring dedicated 3D scanners or complex outsourced production processes.

MeTown is co-developing EVOVA Forensics with the Graduate School of Film, Digital Media & Communication at Hongik University and is currently conducting a proof of concept (PoC) for crime-scene 3D profiling with the Scientific Investigation Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. Going forward, the company plans to enhance functions that compare similar cases, overlay evidence locations from past cases onto current scenes, and support investigative decision-making through accumulated 3D scene data.

During KPEX, representatives from Dubai Police visited MeTown’s booth and expressed strong interest in EVOVA Forensics’ scene reconstruction and AI analysis capabilities. MeTown was subsequently invited to a police and public-safety event to be held in Dubai and plans to further explore collaboration opportunities in the Middle East and other global public-safety markets.

“EVOVA Forensics transforms photographed scenes from static records into a digital investigative environment that can be revisited, explored, questioned, and compared,” said a MeTown representative. “We will validate its real-world value through domestic PoCs and expand its applications across global law-enforcement and public-safety sectors.”
