MeTown Among Five Startups Selected for French Accelerator WILCO’s Follow-up Session, Refines European Market Entry Strategy

MeTown, the company behind AI-powered 3D content creation platform EVOVA, has been selected as one of five startups to participate in a follow-up session with French accelerator WILCO. During the session held on October 23, MeTown refined its French market entry strategy through discussions on the needs of different customer segments, EVOVA’s value proposition and potential local partnerships.

The session was held as part of the K-Startup Europe Scale-up Program, through which K-Startup Center Paris and French accelerator WILCO support Korean startups seeking to enter the French and European markets. The program helps participating companies develop market entry strategies through local market analysis, mentoring by industry experts, and business meetings and networking in Paris.

EVOVA is an AI-powered platform that helps users create 3D models of real-world products and use them on product detail pages and in marketing images and videos. Once created, a 3D product model can be reused across a variety of content by changing its angle, background and presentation. The platform focuses on reducing the burden of repeated product shoots for brands and sellers.

Drawing on the discussions, MeTown plans to refine its presentation materials for the French market and its value propositions for different customer segments. Through the program’s on-site activities in Paris in November, the company will explore potential customers and opportunities for collaboration, while further defining how EVOVA can serve local brands and commerce businesses.

“EVOVA connects AI with a range of 3D creation tools to make it easier to create and edit content for commerce,” said Dohae Lee, CEO of MeTown. “We aim to help Korean startups use EVOVA and, through our discussions with WILCO, explore in greater detail the features and use cases that international customers need.”
